Residential development consisting of 258 units in both tower and low-rise buildings. Located in the sought-after Vancouver neighborhood of Mount Pleasant. Unitized panels are fabricated in South Korea and shipped to site for installation.
SCOPE
Unitized panel QAQC: Review fabrication of unitized facade panels including vision glass, architectural metal panels, operable vents.
QAQC Program Audit: Conduct audit on existing QAQC program for incoming materials and fabrication inspections to determine effectiveness and identify areas which require improvement.
QAQC Program Development: Work with supplier to develop and implement a more effective QAQC program to help ensure project success.
